Studying of antioxidative additives influence on thermooxidizing stability of hydrocarbonic fuel Т-6 in static and dynamic conditions
E.M. GuliyevaAntioxidative additives on the basis of alkyl-received two-nuclear phenols are synthesized and their efficiency is studied. Antioxidative efficiency of the synthesized additives has been investigated via method of efficiency estimation of antioxidants on kinetic parameters of oxidation of fuels by the dissolved oxygen in the closed volume and estimated on time during which the maximum concentration hydroperoxides tмах [POOH] is reached. It is shown that formation time of the maximum concentration hydroperoxides fuel Т6 with 2-pheniletilamin-1.4-dioxibenzol makes 65, and with ionol -16 minutes. Tests of fuel Т6 with antioxidants in concentration of 0.003 % (weights) in static conditions are spent on device TSRT-2 (GOST 1180288) at temperatures 150, 170, 180 oС. It is shown that with rise in temperature their optical density, acidity and the deposit maintenance (are in norm limits) increased. Tests of fuel with additives in dynamic conditions were spent on devices TSD-80A and ОС-2. On device OS-2 with increase of heating of the tube due to increase of adjournment on an internal surface the pressure difference gain on it increases. The least gain of pressure difference is observed in fuel with 2-pheniletilamin-1.4-dioxibenzol. The conducted tests for device TSD-80A have shown, that in pumping through heated tube surface at temperatures 150180 oС fuel with 2-phenilaminetilen -1.4-dioxibenzol during 5 hours. The control filter is not hammered, on the tube the adjournment is not observed.
