Oilfield service companies consolidation – effective Caspian shelf oil and gas extraction by CIS countries

World extractive companies tend to expand energy resources production and expert due to many countries growing needs. It promotes new standards in reserves recovery system. To make oil and gas extraction on the Caspian shelf effective it is necessary to refine performance quality in all stages of production sequence in geologic exploration, drilling, oil extraction. It will provoke oil sector competitiveness growth. This problem integral decision depends on oil and gas enterprises equipped with high technology and options, activity, development and coordination. This is a way, advanced oil producers of their business placing a priority on service. Oil companies tend to organize reliable and long-standing business via service and maintenance. Caspian bordering countries of CIS are able to expand their stake in hydrocarbon deposits exploration with CIS companies engaged in service. To achieve this aim we analyzed services business development. Due to service companies consolidation, countries interaction may obtain functional direction. This partnership should extend, intensify cooperation and economic operations interrelation to make the most of CIS competitive information. We showed service companies formation peculiarities in Caspian bordering countries and set their development criteria.
