7886 hectares of oil field territories are impregnated by oil, flooded by formation and oil pollution water. Degradation zones which saturated by residual oil, tar, bitumen, boring waste and toxic conjunctions are formed in this result. The ground oil pollution fluctuates from few meters to few hundred meters. Therefore very actual for Azerbaijan is the problem of quantitative definition of oil and petroleum products concentration in the ground. The ground oil pollution is definition by chemical and radio physical methods in science-research institutes of leading oil countries. But it takes lots of time and work. The results of oil pollution ground depth and extent definition via physical methods are offered in this article. These methods are based on abrasive and friction parameters of ground measurement. New classification of ground is composed. Friction of ground equally more than 0.36, abrasiveness of it equally more than 200 mg, if the ground oil pollution equally 0%. Friction and abrasiveness of ground is reduced in proportion the ground oil pollution increase. If the ground oil pollution is more than 50%, its friction is less than 0.08, abrasiveness is less than 50 mg. This method enables to forecast the ground oil pollution in any depth. The forecast exactness is more than 98%.
