Modern principles of automation processes in the oil and gas enterprises

The oil and gas and chemical enterprises of Azerbaijan represent the huge, geographically distributed multipurpose industrial-commercial formations. They cover all chain of oil business: investigation and extraction, oil refining and petrochemistry, wholesale and retail sale of production. On technological processes there is a considerable quantity diverse and few the automated systems connected among themselves, carrying out local the problem. In order to define the full picture of technological process, it is necessary to collect and process manually data from tens various automated systems. Exit from this position is the purposeful and carefully planned construction of a uniform information field of the enterprise. Economic benefit of introduction of such automation systems is pawned at a stage of developing requirements to new system. Manufacture automation should serve as the tool of manufacture economic effectiveness increase. At the stage of a choice of information technologies and concrete means of automation it is important to be guided not only the size of necessary capital expenses, but also to consider possession cost these information technologies. Increase of level of literacy in the field of information technologies for workers of all services of the enterprise is an obligatory condition for understanding of possibilities of modern systems of automation for production efficiency increase.
