Main directions of the protection of the environment while developing and being realized of projects

Development of the power engineering, protection of the environment, usage perspectives of resources as well as priorities of stable development are looked through in the article. It is noted that if on the one hand development of the power engineering gives opportunity stable development, on the other hand it causes pollution of environment. By taking into account the ecological factors, expedient activities on regulation of the mutual relations in the system of social - nature must be basic element in the formation of ecological politics of each state. At the time, basic theses of the ecological politics of SOCAR prepared on the basis of Complex Plan of Actions for 2006 - 2010 about improvement of the ecological situation of the Azerbaijan Republic are commented.
