Application of modern information technologies and electron business to enterprises restructuring process

Re-structuring intends optimizing companys activity in systematically that includes complex measures, process and methods with multiple-aspect and mutual relations from diagnostics of organizational structure and business process of company to quality management, reengineering and reorganization of business processes by grounding modern management directions as information technology and systems methodology. Lines of development of information technologies are analysed and researched in this paper. Namely, modern information technologies enable information on companys activity to shift from passive to active mode, and formation of new entering source and solution. Sufficient organization of electron business management enables companies to achieve strategic superiority over competitors, to improve relations with partners (supporters), development of production efficiency, reducing expenditures, and optimizing use of human (labour resources) resources.
