Defining geological structure in Oil Facilities and watching of spread factors of collectors through geological-statistical methods on basis of new data (In the example of 4th tectonic block)
E.M. MuradovIt is necessary to estimate oil - gas resources while preparing the project of completion of field operation. However estimation of oil-gas residue is possible through estimation of petrophysical parameters of productive layers. Therefore by using complex geophysical explorations in newly bored wells in the 4th tectonic block of the Oil Facility and by means of geological - statistical models, geological structure of the blocks have been defined and petrophysical parameters of collector layers in the section have been estimated which may be used as a key data base in estimation of oil and gas resources of productive layers used in the section and of the operation completion project. Basing on geological and geophysical data observed in the lately bored wells, scientific - research activities have been carried out in connection with definition of geological structure of various tectonic blocks of Oil Facility and watching of spread of collections in the sections. All the results obtained for this purpose during exploration are presented in the example of the 4th tectonic block (image 1) Industrial usage of the 4th tectonic block has been started since 1951 together with QA-2a horizon. Presently 18 horizons are being used and by 01.01.2010 32297 ton oil has been produced (image 1). Current oil production coefficient is 0, 47.
