In the production of admixture of alkyl phenolate type, alkyl phenols are used as a raw material. Different types of olefins (polymer distillate, trimmer propylene, - olefins) are used to receive alkyl phenol and the process is preceded with different acid catalysts (benzol sulphoacid, sulphate, toluolsulphoacid). The experiment showed that alkylation process proceeds continuously, inefficiently and with inconstant content, when it is carried out by acid catalysts. The present paper has been devoted to continue alkylation process of phenol and polymer- distillate by Ky-23 catalyst. The main indicators of alkyl phenol received with Ky-23 catalyst were compared with the ones received in production that met specification demand provided to alkyl phenol. The received alkyl phenols are condensed with formalin and ammoniac, on which base AKI-114 admixture has been received. The received AKI-114 admixture was compared with specification provided to that admixture
