About outcomes of laboratory tests of ejector type dosing unit

The paper is devoted to conducting laboratory tests of ejector type dosing unit. It is mentioned that building of pumping stations, installation of electric lines is required currently for utilization of dosing pumps at fields. It is impossible to pump the reagent to well under pressure with small doses, due to its high efficiency. Considering above mentioned, a new design of dosing pump ensuring chemical reagents to be pumped to compressor wells dose by dose, without using electric energy was developed. Laboratory model dosing unit reflecting the said design and ejector as its main elements were made from firm glass at Institute of Oil - Chemistry processes. Researches were conducted in three stages in the paper: supply of functional agent through ejector; supply of functional agent through reagent filled tank; bringing the plant to operable condition. The conducted researches showed that it is possible to adjust the efficiency of injected reagent according to the established value of each difference of pressures.
