About opening of productive layers in the course of drilling with the help of nanosystems
E.K. ShahbazovBoring of productive layers without any accident and complication is considered to be the most difficult and responsible phases of well construction. Besides despite elimination of accidents happened during boring of oil and gas horizons costs much money, it is necessary to take preventive measures to prevent possible complication. In spite of exploitation, test and application of boring tools, special appointed chemical reagents used in connection with opening of productive layers during boring process on the basis of long years scientific-research activities, the problem is still urgent. Current situation with preparation of boring solution, control of parameters and usage of chemical reagent and materials during boring activities in the deep sea stationary foundations under the sea conditions have deeply analyzed. According to the analyses, in the deep sea stationary foundation boring activities diesel motors produces enough used machine oils (MAY) which is usually transported to shore via sea as its re - usage is practically impossible. At the result of analyses, motor oil may be useful transporting liquid for metal nano - fractions (MHN). As a result, a system called Nano - MAY has been developed and prepared which regulates structural - mechanical and colloid - chemical characteristics of boring solutions on the basis of MNH and MAY. Nano-MAY system has been explored during boring of productive horizon in the well No: 70 bored from deep sea stationary foundations. Well has reached to the design depth without any accident and complication and after a short appropriation period, 172 thousand m³ gas have been put into operation together with 20 ton condensate production.
