Modern methods of cement slurry analysis
E.M.SuleymanovMain purpose of the development is to improve cementing quality by achieving approach of laboratory conditions to well ones during the cement slurry testing in the laboratory. In the current article is offered method of determination the cement slurry thickening time with temperature and pressure rate up (calculated by q/s) to maximum values of autoclav well conditions at the actual deepth and points by increasing temperature and pressure up to maximum limits for the each cement sack seperately. At the moment when the cement sack reaches its conditional limits of temperature and pressure we decrease them by the rate which is easily calculates using following formula q/s2. It allows to choose time stock personally.
