It is necessary to return the former fame of Baku oil plant

The production of lubricants in Azerbaijan and CIS petroleum refining at the moment plays a little role, but the value of base and marketable oils is so high that recent years all specialists and heads of scientific-research institutes and enterprises review and discuss in Russia and CIS International conferences. It is connected with requirements strengthening to quality of base and marketable oils. In the article are reviewed and discussed updating possibilities of technical facilities for oils production almost in all oil field plants. It is necessary to introduce into the industry environmentally safe and up-to-date energy supplying and economic processes. Taking into account the fact that the technical facilities of Baku oil field plant are out of date, it is necessary to solve the problems appeared during the Azerbaijan oils lubricants production with introduction into technology obtaining of base oils of high groups (I and II) catalytic processes and restore additions production which improves exploitation properties of marketable oils.
