In this article are given the results of synthesis and investigations of the new modified alkylphenolated additives AKI-209 and AKI-218. These additives are calcium and carbonated calcium salt of condensation product of sulfurized alkylphenol (R=C8C12), formaldehyde and benzotriazole, respectively. The presence of atom of sulfur and heterocycle of benzotriazole containing three atoms of nitrogen in the structure of molecule of additive, the substitution of atom of hydrogen of phenolic group by cation of calcium and colloid particle of calcium carbonate which take part in the process of neutralization of acids formed at high temperature oxidation of oil, provide its high exploitation properties. The process of preparation of additive AKI-209 consists of the following stages: - condensation of sulfurized alkylphenol with formaldehyde and benzotriazole in alkali medium - neutralization of condensation product by calcium hydroxide - drying of product neutralization and separation of mechanical impurities of centrifugation of main product High alkali modification of AKI-218 was obtained additionally by carbonatation of neutralized product with carbon gas.It was shown that the synthesized additives display high antioxidative, anticorrosive, antiwear and neutralized properties and can be used are the effective component at creation motor oils of various group instead of known commercial alkylfenolated additives. The high efficiency of additives is confirmed by the results of laboratory tests as in individual form as in composition of motor oil M-12B2.
