The financial resources administration of oil-gas industry enterprises of “Uzbekneftgaz” and the ways of its improvement

The article assesses the financial funds administration of oil-gas industry enterprises of Uzbekistan and analyzes the dynamics of the structure and the opportunity to increase the funds.There exists single tax system in all spheres of economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan at present that doesnt take into consideration specific features of oil-gas enterprises. It should be indicated that 50% of tax of this area is the share of the latter. There is a need for the tax system improvement in order to use underground wealth in the Republic. It is probable that tax rate will be corrected by special discount rate, mining geological conditions, difficulties of output and the degree of development of fields will be taken into account in extraction of hydrocarbons.
