The results of the tests of dispergator device raised by rope technique

The regulation of motion structure of gas - liquid mixture along the lift in the gas - lift wells is one of the actual issues. So, the changing and not favorable motion structures of gas - liquid mixture along the lift cause the increase of worker agent and the decrease of the efficiency coefficient. In order to eliminate such complications, the spiral dispergator device lowered and lifted to the well by the rope technique has been developed and prepared. The suggested dispergator device being placed in the depth of intensive separation of gas from liquid, as well as providing the regulation of the motion structure and dispersion of gas - liquid mixture causes the increase of gas saturation coefficient of the mixture and the quasi homogeneity of the flow. The test sample on the basis of technical design and normative technical documents of the new dispergator device was prepared and tested in the gas - lift wells № 380,312,320 of Oil and Gas Production Department named after N.Narimanov.
