About the opportunity of application of flow apparatus in the offshore gas production
A. A. AbdullayevThe current situation of preparation of gas for the transportation in the sea gas - condensate fields was analyzed and the difficulties arising in this area were noted. The limited measure of sea bases and pier-grounds shows that the placement of technological scheme in a full scale for the gas transportation in this area is impossible. In this case, the efficient use of high well - edge energy in the preparation of gas for the transportation is noted. Therefore it is impossible to carry out the separation process with low temperature by creating natural coldness in the separation plants of the shore. Gasses prepared for the substandard transportation hamper the exploitation of pipelines and cause low pressure and hydrocarbon losses. At this rate, the separation of cooling machinery, creating artificial coldness via application is not always profitable from the economical point of view. In connection with this, new technological scheme for the qualitative separation of gasses in the sea condition in order to make efficient use of well - edge pressure is suggested. In this scheme well - edge substitutes narrowing structure (throttle) with vortex pipe. In the vortex pipe the general product of the well turns into two flows due to Ranque effect: central dry cold flow and outside significantly damped flow. Central cold flow that forms more than half of the well product, having considerable low dewiness point, turns into cooling agent. Outside damp flow in the pipe separator is cooled and separated. Thus, pipe separator working with the in - line separation regime performs the duties of cooler at the same time. The advantages of the suggested technology were shown and calculations were carried out for it. This article gives the principal scheme of the suggested technology for the transportation of gasses in the sea conditions and the results of calculations.
