Technology of obtaining of transformer and turbine oil out of azeri sea oil mixture with less paraffin
V.M.AliyevaThe article investigates the results of researches on the processing and preparation of production technologies of T - 1500 and T - 46 oil brands which are mixtures of sea oil with less paraffin. Currently transformer and turbine oil is produced from light Balakhani oil in Azerneftyagh Oil Refinery.As this oil has fewer resources to arrange the production of oil out of Azeri sea oil mixture with less paraffin, a scientific-research was carried out. In order to obtain the shown oil there were used oil fractions got out of the processing of sea oil mixture with less paraffin in Azerneftyagh Oil Refinery. Transformer oils are applied in electro technology: transformers, rheostats, high tension producers and etc, to isolate the atmosphere and take temperature. Turbine oil, either with reducer or without it, is used for the oiling and cooling of steam and gas turbines, subsidiary steam turbine mechanisms, separators, some pumps and other mechanisms. Oil fractions were refined according to the technology of Azerneftyagh Oil Refinery in order to get T - 1500 and T - 46 oil brands. It should be noted that, as transformer oil T-1500 doesnt meet the requirements of ГOCT 982 - 80 according to the freezing temperature (minus 30OC), new technical terms were compiled for this oil and it is suggested to use it only in warm countries.
