A graphical appointment method of the cement fluid quantity put on the well being fixed
S. M. AlkhazovIt is known that under the influence of formation waters, rich in mineral salts, after the construction of a well is finished, it is fixed in order to prevent the pipeline operation of the well from corrosion, to isolate oil - bearing, aerated layers from all oil - bearing, aerated, and aqueous layers on the surface and to prevent the pipe from wrapping by undergoing deformation. Up to now and still, the appointment of cement fluid quantity put on the well, while it is being fixed, is realized by means of current calculation formula. The author has developed a special graphical method in order to appoint the cement fluid that is going to be put on the well operatively and precisely. According to its content, the method consists of nomogram and caliper curve, the required cement capacity is taken from the nomogram intending their joint use. This method was testified in the well № 339 of The Oily Rocks oilfield and got a positive feedback of the administration. In the compilation of the nomogram the technical - technological conditions and geophysical (caliper) measurements of the well were taken into consideration. The nomogram is of 25.5x16.5 mm size with a quadrangular shape, quite rich structure, and a content consisting of numbers indicating cement fluid calculated for various tube volumes. The numbers placed in the nomogram are the indicators of cement fluid in the volume of tube parts. While applying the method, the caliper curve is slipped on nomogram and in every 10 meters the appropriate nomogram numbers are taken and accumulated.
