Control measures against corrosion and mechanical jamming of subsurface equipment in deep pumping wells

Rapid development of oil - gas industry requires increasing operation efficiency of wells in oil extraction. From this point of view protection of subsurface and surface oil field equipment from corrosion remains urgent in order to stabilize oil production and increasing operation efficiency of wells. Increase of water cut percentage of wells in oil extraction and enhancement of corrosiveness and mechanical mixtures in environment facilitate process of exposure to corrosion and mechanical jamming of subsurface equipment. Having considered the urgency of problem, new reagent was prepared from oil acids and capillary - active substances with high molecules which are local raw materials and high efficiency of this reagent in protection from corrosion and mechanical jamming of subsurface equipment in oil extraction as an inhibitor was defined. Also field tests have been carried out in corroded wells operating at OGEI named after H.Z.Taghiyev with participation of inhibitor and inter couplings centralizer and it was defined that the number of repairs was reduced 8 times and interrepair interval was increased 3 times due to joint application of new inhibitor and inter couplings centralizer.
