Development features of oil - gas branch of Uzbekistan and modernization of enterprises

Main directions of programmed development of oil - gas branch of Uzbekistan under reforms and modernization conditions in economy were looked into. The article states that one of the main directions in development of this branch is formation of efficient management structure. In view of this, Uzbekneftgas National Oil Company was established. However, process of establishment of optimal management structures of the branch is not finalized and ongoing today. It was noted that main factor of ensuring constant development of oil - gas industry was transition into programmed development system. Rabid modernization, technical and technological reconstruction of oil - gas industry, involvement of large scale investments for introduction of new research and exploration methods in revealing productive oil and gas fields are necessary for development of this field.
