Some geological-geophysical features of geological sections of Galmaz area according to 3D seismic and WL data
A.Y.BorovikovaSome geological-geophysical features of Galmaz gas field have been studied in the article according to the results of 3D seismic works and WL results. Based on the structural interpretation of depth seismic cube, it was assumed that deposits corresponding to lower interval of Absheron and Aghjagil and two upper intervals of PS were concentrated at the result of filling of separate coastal delta systems and riverbed systems sometimes with clayey and sometimes with sandy materials according to the coordination of 3D seismic survey and WL data.This in turn resulted in unequal distribution of collector reservoirs in space on lateral and depth. Data obtained about sedimentation regime in riverbed (coastal) systems during formation process of gas field with complex structure are also approved by results of petro physical study.
