It has been defined that separation of liquid and gas phases occurs during the movement of liquid gas mixture inside the second range lift in the exploitation process of two ranged gaslift wells. In this case, as these phases are under strengths of different characters, difference (displacement) between rising speeds of phases arises. As a result, gas rises to the top through the centre of pipes in the regime of arrow-shaped movement and it is excluded from the well completely and it takes only some part of the liquid out on the surface. The rest of the liquid phase is oppressed to the wall of the pipe and is strained to the bottom of the well gradually. In this circumstance in the second range lift ring-shaped cross section area and liquid column which has definite height arise. In the article mathematical dependence for determination of the height of this liquid column has been offered and its influence on bottom pressure has been investigated at the result of carried out researches. The problem considered in the example of two ranged gaslift well number 145 in Guneshli field has been clarified. It has been determined at the result of calculations that liquid column with the height of 112.7 has arisen inside of the second range lift, downhole pressure has been 14.23 MPa and depression formed for the reservoir has been 0.67 MPa during exploitation process of this gaslift well.
