Cutting type guiding hopper

The article is dedicated to making an opportunity for re-commissioning of well through drilling and flushing inside with installation of cutting type guiding hopper on contingency end as an optimal option when it is impossible to remove pipes which became clinched in cement and well equipment which are in eccentric condition in operation pipe. Cutting type guiding hopper consists of cut hopper for guiding to rear section of contingency pipe, guiding special hopper, pump - compressor pipes (PCP), conduction and short pipes of different dimensions between them. Arrangement is lowered by tubing, placed on contingency end through breaking of cutting pins and tubing is lifted. Following the completion of flushing, drilling and perforation operations in well, when there is no need for guiding hopper, tube catcher of respective dimension is lowered to the well; arrangement is removed from well without obstacles through catching the short pipe. It is possible to install cutting type guiding hopper in operation pipe with 168,33 mm and more dimension having changed respective dimensions of cutting type guiding special hopper arrangement. It should be noted that as the arrangement is formed from standard elements, it is possible to prepare it in mining workshop with small processing works in turning bench with insignificant financial means.
