Organizational - legal aspects of foreign investments and their characteristics

There is a great need for foreign investments in any community in which market economy exists. Major problem of economic development strategy of oil industry in present day is renovation of production on the most advanced engineering and technology basis. Timely and regular renovation of industry, technical equipping is an important source of increasing production efficiency. With purpose of attracting investments to the country projects should be more attractive, hence favorable condition should be developed for this. New oil policy commenced with the Contract of Century continued afterwards with conclusion of tens of contracts, having relied on Production Sharing these are of great importance from perspective of introducing new engineering and technologies in oil industry. Production sharing, provisions in conclusion of such projects, evolution of formation of such agreements, their advantages etc. were dealt in detailed in the article. Authors opinions were provided as necessary.
