Hydrodynamic condition of oily - gaseous features of South Caspian depression has been studied in the article based on primary reservoir pressure, important role of hydrodynamic condition in formation and settlement of oil and gas (gas - condensate) fields has been justified. Primary reservoir pressure in oil and gas (gas - condensate) fields discovered in South Caspian depression and in exploration areas was quite more than hydrostatic pressure and depending on depth pressure gradient increased and made 0.0140.018 MPa/m (in 25003000 m depth). Depending on distribution of pressures gradient, settlement of oil and gas fields has been justified.
