Investigations of impact of nano - composition on characteristics of chloride acid - cement solution and cement stone

MovlamovThe article provides the results of investigation carried out for studying the impact of density of nano - composition on physical characteristics of acid - cement solution and stability of cement stone. It was indicated that resistance of cement stone against bending and pressing is reduced about 25-30 % from melting of metals at the result of reaction occurring between metals in composition of acid and cement in thickening of downhole zone with acid-cement solution. At the result of this stability of cement stone against suffusion weakens and efficiency of operation decreases. It has been aefined that, it is possible to increase resistance of cement stone against bending and pressing 40-45%. With adding nano - composition amounting to 0.09 and 0.1 % of acid-cement coment solution. In order to ensure safety of employees during the operation, it is considered advisable to inject chloride acid and water - cement solution to the well subsequently during thickening of down hole zone.
