Main risks in oil-gas industry companies and their efficient management
E. K. AlizadeThe problem of effective management of risks under uncertainty condition in oil-gas companies still remains urgent today. Economic crisis happening in the world delayed development of economy in developed countries and the development is still weakening. According to a number of analytics, the process of leaving the crisis will be irregular and very complex process. Furthermore, complete restoration is not expected earlier than the next year. Oil-gas companies have been subject to the impact of economic crisis happened in the world, which lead to generation of risks in this field. All risks studied in the article are of long term nature. According to the outcomes of study, thirteen main risks were revealed in oil-gas companies and proposals were made on their effective management.
