The investigation of air-lift wells potential production capabilities in OGPB named after H.Z.Taghiyev

By means of investigations it has been established that in the conditions of Mashtagha-Buzovna oil field while air-lift method of operation applying the wells potential production capabilities are used more efficiently in comparison with the sucker-rod pump. Thus, at the moment to increase the air-lift wells amount is not practical due to the compressed air deficiency. It has been also determined that via prevention of significant disadvantages of current technologies in air-lift (gas-lift) method well operation it is possible to improve the operation records in a considerable degree. Thus, with applying new flow chart and operation technology in Mashtagha-Buzovna field air-lift wells saving of compressed air for per day composes 32 %. Herewith, by this way the possibility to transfer a number of wells onto air-lift method of operation is created. The calculations show that utilization of mentioned technology without any additional investments will allow additionally produce 5913 t of oil annually.
