Synthesis and study of natural petroleum acids ethers and trimethylolpropane in the presence of nano-TiO2 (PC-500) catalyst
B. K. AghayevThe article deals with the analysis results of natural petroleum acids synthesis and trimethylolpropane (ТМP) ethers. In the presence of 1.0 % wt of nano-TiO2 (PC-500) catalyst with the acid-alcohol ratio 1.2:3 at temperatures 8090 C and reaction time of 6 hours an optimum end products yield (80 %) is reached and their physical chemical indexes are determined. Application of the heterogeneous nanocatalyst allows simplifying substantially ethers obtaining by means of intermediate stages exception of the etherification i.e. neutralization, washing and drying of the raw ether.
