Development and implementation of mechanism for additional load on drilling unit

As it is known, in significant well depth a part of loading on the bit is lost due to friction of drilling pipes to the well walls. In order to restore the lost loading has been developed and implemented the bottom-hole bit feed mechanism. The operation principle of this mechanism lies in that the drilling mud pressure in circulating system creates axial load and yields to the drilling bit. This mechanism application allows exclude drill collar from the drilling tool composition. The usage of bottom-hole bit feed type mechanism in drilling wells allows increase penetration rate for 1.52 times.
