Inhibiting influence of glycidol on the hydrating process
A.L.ShabanovThe features of inhibitor processing influence on the hydrating degree has been investigated on the installation allowing modeling different regimes of gas flow in the system of natural gas well gas pipeline. The content of used natural gas is defined via gas chromatography method. Thermobaric parameters 0.15-0.5 mPa and 248-261K of gas treatment process was selected in such a manner that in accordance with phase diagram to cover zones of possible hydrate of methane decomposition into gas, ice and subcooled water. Have been studied the quantity dependence of untreated and treated with glycidol, absorbed in silica gel natural gas, passed through the installation till the moment of gas hydrate plug formation due to temperature decrease. It was established that in the interaction of wet gas with inhibitors system takes place significant adsorption of water molecules in the inhibitor. In the certain temperature and pressure conditions in gas treatment process takes place ice polarization and surface tension decreases. Polar interactions and structural changes occur while gas treatment. Reorganization of the ice structure leads to disintegration of gas hydrates and dissolution of water molecules. Thermodynamic and kinetic gas treatment models have been investigated in the system of gas-liquid gas hydrate-inhibitor.
