Multi-factored analysis of labor productivity in oil production

Labor productivity is one of the economic indexes of labor resources usage effectiveness. As it is known, labor productivity supposes staff time for one production unit output or product development for one working in time unit. In oil industry this index is formulated due to different factors, that is why productivity increase sources revealing and their investigation gains much more actuality. With this aim in the article are shown the multi-factored mathematical-statistical model and economic interpretation of labor productivity in oil production.
