Development of a biological product for increase of polluted urban soils self-clearing ability
N.M. IsmaylovUrban soils are contaminated with oil and oil products. The main source of pollution is urban transport. In order to increase the self-clearing ability of contaminated soils has been studied the impact of sludge microbiocenosis in the form of product injected into the soil. Activated sludge was adsorbed on sawdust and was added to the soil sampled from different zones. Research works were carried out in model and field conditions. The introduction of a biological product based on the activated sludge increased the biological activity of urban soils. The number of s aprotrophic microorganisms and hydrocarbon oxidizing hydrocarbons, the activity of some s oil enzymes, rate of decomposition of oil increased, the phytotoxic of soils decreased. Biological product based on active sludge can be an effective stimulant of self-clearing of soils.
