Method of extraction of sand clog lift pipes on running pipe of 139.7 mm with special clutching instrument

The article deals with methods used in extraction of sand clog lift pipes, instruments applied with this purpose and their technical parameters, restriction of application on running pipe of 139.7 mm. The necessity of carrying out two operations arises for extraction of 73 mm sand clog damage pipe with coupling of 89 mm in this running pipe from the well: flushing and lifting of rear section of damaged pipes with left threaded flushing pipe and recovery of damaged pipe with clutching instrument. Clutching instrument with special construction which is able to conduct these two operations mentioned on running pipe of 139.7 mm by one operation consists of two parts flushing and clutching instruments. At the result of constructive modifications made on those instruments, it was possible to carry out the process mentioned on running meter of 139.7 mm through one trip also to regulate flushing operation and a number of other favourable conditions became available. Methods of working with these instruments and specific cases are indicated and their characteristics are analysed. These instruments were used in faulty wells of 28 May OGEI and owing to this it was possible to reduce the time spent on capital repair.
