Caspian Sea differs from other seasand water basins due its natural conditions, specifics of hydrological regime, variety of climatic zone and etc. The location of the sea in large area is the cause for changing of space-and-time of hydrometeorological parameters. Climatic changes in oil and gas fields located in Oil Rocks aquatorium impact on hydrometeorological parameters value estimates on the basis of perennial observation data.
