About cavitation influencing on oils rheological behavior in pipeline transportation
V.Kh. NurullayevIn article is reviewed the cavitation influence on rheological properties of oils in pipeline transportation. The background information on cavitation is given and its application methods either in transportation or in high-viscosity oil refinery are shown. On the basis of Azerbaijan oil conducted experimental investigations before and after supposed cavitation zone are marked positive and negative sides of these methods. On the basis of carried out investigations it was concluded about the feasibility of pumped oil rheological properties via cavitation processes application in high-viscosity oils pipeline transportation.
