Diagnostics of composition of product during operation of wells with rod well pumps
R. S. AliyevThe issue on the impact of well product composition on working regime of electrical engine during operation of well with rod well pumps was dealt in the article. Alteration of electrical engine load during upward and downward movement of ram of the pump during operation of wells with rod well pump (RWP) is consistent with the load falling upon beam head of sweep bench. Therefore, is was possible to control the alteration of characteristics of liquid produced in accordance with extent of balance disorder in relation to balancing weights and its direction. Generation of emulsion at the well bore, as well as alteration of amount of water and sand in the product was studied in regard of this. Operation of four wells were supervised in Balakhanineft OGEI present Balaxani Operating Сompany Ltd, 340 t oil was additionally extracted from these wells with application of respective measures. With information about variations appearing in the product, water cut and appearance of sand from stratum (increase of specific weights) it is possible to predict application of respective measures in this approach.
