About opening productive series in drilling process

Opening of productive series without accidents and complications is one of the responsible stages of construction of well. Namely opening the productive series during drilling process has a substantial impact on operation indicators of well and the field as a whole. Proper selection of drill muds, adjustment of structural mechanical and colloid chemical characteristics should be focused on during conduct of present technological operation. The article provides considerations regarding interpretation and analysis of given problem and proposes formula regarding definition of invasion radius of drill mud filtrate to productive horizon. Also, possibilities of invasion of different type drill mud to the reservoir was assessed and compared.
