Wells exploitation practice via screw pumps
G.T. MahmudovThe article deals with screw pumps exploitation practice. Here are analysed complications appeared during deep-well pumps large-scale exploitation on Azerbaijan onshore areas. The negative impacts of these complication on deep-well pumps operation are shown. The advantages of screw pump exploitation that is considered one of the up-to-date mechanical methods are reviewed. The pump construction and operation principe is explained in detail. In the article is suggested to replace the deep-well pumps operating in complicated and limited working conditions with screw pumps. Here is conducted the analysis of screw pumps operation that are applied in Absheronneft OGDB. In the results of exploitation the operation time in repair intervals and total liquid production increased. The screw pumps exploitation practice shows that their large-scale introduction in Azerbaijan field is advicable.
