The article deals with the penetration of liquid into gas pipeline system reasons and this phenomenon negative consequence on gas transmission system operation in whole. These reasons are divided by authors into two decisive factors: thermodynamic and gas dynamic. First main factor is impossibility to keep optimal thermodynamic separation conditions of natural gas during the whole period of gas and gas-condensate fields, in accordance with changing parameters developed product phase diagram. The second factor is low efficiency coefficient of existing gas separators, connected with illegal applying of calculation method and separation apparatus designing for gas and gas condensate wells products. Also have been analyzed the essentiality of liquid phase entering the gas pipelines mentioned factors. Here is described the actual gas-dynamic situation taking place inside the pipelines and gas separators while gas-liquid flows go through them. In the article are shown the omissions and faults in existing method of natural gases separation process calculation and designing, which leads to low efficiency coefficient in gas separators operation and liquid penetration into the gas pipeline system. In the article are set measures and recommendations about decreasing the impact of mentioned liquid penetration into the gas pipeline system reasons and removing the liquid from this system.
