Investigation of ecological issues resulted by corrosion in oil-gas industry
K.A. MammadovIn hydro transportation systems water solvents and heat-carrying agents are in large-scale usage as cooling agents. In areas with unsignificant potable water reserves as a cooling factor the sea water is used. In turn it becomes the reason for deposit formation and corrosion while operation in high temperature conditions of compressor systems which leads to pipes diameter narrowing or their section total cover. As a result take place unforseen acidents, contamination of soil and underground water with harmful agents and finally the environment ecological imbalance occurs. Taking into consideration the urgency of issue in fatty acids, high-molecular essentials and phospholipids mixtutes has been developed a reagent. It was applied as an inhibitor in oil-gas industry for metallic surfaces electromechanical corrosion protection. Due to conducted investigations was defined optimum reagent consumption in the interval of 100-150 mg/l. This inhibitor applying leads to steel corrosion protection in hydrocarbon-electrolyt medium, also change of anode-to-cathode polarization curves.
