System approach in working personnel training – one of the oil company personnel policy arms

In modern conditions for successful development, its image growth in the market and competitive ability increase are necessary the corporate knowledges. The management activity in training and professional development of personnel, the personnel own working in this direction, powerful system of information search on innovation and introduction all this have to promote the knowledge constant increase and improvement. It has been made an attempt to solve partially some issues in personnel policy in oil company.
