Increasing the efficiency of drilling wells under the condition of absorption of drilling mud in oil-gas fields of Azerbaijan

Wells drilled under the condition of abnormal low reservoir pressure in areas of Absheron peninsula, as well as technical and technological information obtained from well No 4022 drilled in Balakhani area has been studied in the article. It was indicated that large amount of material funds and time is spent to abandonment of complications appeared in connection with absorption of drilling mud under the condition of abnormal low reservoir pressure. The method of preparation and application of stable foamed systems aerated on the basis of SFM (sulphanole NP 1, OP-10, polyethyleneimine PEI, oxyphos KD-6, etc.) is studied besides injection of cement solution widely used in performance of drilling works to the absorption zone in this regard. It is suggested to reduce the value of hydrostatic pressure in the depth causing absorption of mud. And it becomes realizable due to obtaining gas-liquid flow at the result of mixing of drilling mud with injected air. Besides mentioned methods, currently as one of the most effective methods of preventing absorption of drilling mud it is suggested to use PBS plugging material. The essence of this method is injection of PBS reagent solution at 12 m3 volume to the well and pressing to the complication zone. When the solution reaches absorption zone, it became mixed with drilling mud there, increases its volume 20 times and thus, plugs absorption channels.
