Taking into account the equation of real gases the definition of critical parameters in 1-component fluid system by the example of carbon-dioxide is reviewed. The solubility process thermodynamic description of solid and fluid phases in binary systems containing supercritical fluid is provided. Experimental data on the extraction of oil and petroleum products in the system supercritical fluid carbon dioxide - oil bearing soil are presented. It is shown that fluid extraction method allows to increase the degree of oil and oil products extraction from oil-contaminated soil, ensures the safety of the process by creating a clean non-waste technology. Within the classification of binary mixtures phase diagrams with fluid phase, the behavior of critical lines of the systems containing carbon-dioxide and n-alkanes are analyzed.
