Management of age category of the staff in the general management system of human resources in oil industry

Oil reserve is an integral part of economical potential of Gazakhistan and efficient use of this potential is one of the priorities of the state. Republic of Gazakhistan is in the second place in CIS after the Russian Federation for amount of oil production. It makes oil-gas industry attractive and also helps solution of employment problem much. Competitive staff, as well as competitiveness of production is the main mechanism of efficient activity and development of market economy. Analysis of the staff on age category, advantageous and weak points of each age group were described, the criteria characterizing them were studied and attitude toward existing approaches were given in the article.
