Use prospects of hydraulic power swivel in drilling the second hole
D. A. IskandarovThe article deals with carrying out stages of drilling with the second hole, tools and equipment used for opening window in the operation pipeline and their operating features. It is also noted that the analyze carried out in the direction of opening window by Azerbaijan Institute of Petroleum Engineering AzINmash has not lost its urgency yet. As the extension of these works, drilling carried out with the second hole in OGPD named after H. Z. Tagiyev, has been investigated. Thus, factors influenced on obtaining shortened window and at the result occurring complications while drilling are shown, limitation of technical opportunities of lifts that are used has been dealt. Prospects and high capacity of hydraulic power swivel installation with the second hole in drilling have been noted.
