The intensification process of abnormal oils demulsification

In the modern stage of oil industry in the solution of general issue regarding creating of high effective oil preparation technologies and techniques, particularly extra heavy oils, there is a necessary in the development of new ways and technologies, that will enable to intensificate significantly oils demulsification processes in wide limits of changing the process technological parameters and physical-chemical properties of oil emulsions. Carried out experimental researches showed, that with increasing tested abnormal oils water saturation, the water suck time decreases. Herewith, via task-oriented increasing of prepared rheologically complicated oil up to its limit value, it is possible to decrease demulsifying agent charge considerably not reducing oil dehydration process effectiveness.
