Radio communication system determining loading capacity of drilling rigs

Mobile system determining loading capacity of drilling rigs under mining condition and calculation method of increasing the accuracy of definition the period of their specific oscillation was presented and numerical models were processed. Main shortages in present system were incorrect recording of the beginning and the end of oscillation range in oscillogram, insufficient filtering of seismic signal and implementation of contact between microcontroller containing device of system and the transmitters by physical line. In order to eliminate these shortages, the system consisting of two microcontroller containing device was established. One of the devices is placed in the upper balcony of drilling rig together with seismic receiver, low frequencies filter, booster and radio transmission module of data. Another one is placed on surface linked with notebook together with radio receiver of data, microcontroller and consistent interface modules. Following realization of digital filtering of signals through software installed on notebook, the moments of occurrence of its amplitudes are recorded. Possible time intervals are determined according to these moments. Based on the proposed method the accuracy of determining the loading capacity of drilling rig has been increased by calculation of precised value of its specific oscillation period.
