Enhance of heavy oil production using combination of heat and chemical in Baklanovskoye oil field
Kim GobertThe features of high viscosity oils development and preparation on Orenburgoil Open Joint-Stock Society Baklanovskoye oil field are reviewed in the article. It was established via research works that the chemical agents application in solving the problem of such kind of oils developement, preparation and transportation is possible, but it requires high quantity of funds. In order to solve the current issues the chemical treatment of heated oil is considered an effective way. The field research works, conducted on Sorochinskoye field showed that only heating treatment with steam generators and heating cabels, pulled down on different depths in Steam Associated Gravity Drainage (SAGD) wells does not allow to exclude the current issues. It was defined that the effective way is application of chemical agents with heating affect, the temperature and concentration level choice depends on used oils and agents properties.
