The management and processes in oil and gas development

In order to meet up-to-date requirements as in all economy spheres in oil and gas development it is necessary to create conditions for distinct production organization and strategic development determination, also management improvement. The most significant deficiency of stable grounded in economy command-administrative management method is that it was directed not to development and growth, but to obtaining set results from the management system high hierarchy. Due to the absence of current potential analysis and certain issues priority mechanism in administrative management system the production tasks were solved via standard methods, among the different management system levels the duty baseless distribution were carried out, which ultimately lead to management effectiveness decrease. In present-day conditions due to the enterprises industrial activity complexity this method does not allow to solve the problems rapidly and effectively, it does not meet the actual management requirements. The management is considered within the context of market relationships taking into account production processes features in oil and gas development.
